DELIVERY SERVICES
All orders placed on www.demantobjectscom will ship directly from Denmark.
We offer complimentary world wide shipping on all orders over €300. Parcels are shipped securely and fully insured using a Carbon Neutral method usually with PostNord, GLS, UPS and DHL.
Your order will usually be delivered within 1-14 business days from the time we accept you order and depending on chosen shipment method and place of delivery.
As we produce by made-to-order, extended delivery time may occur. In this case we will notify you per email, when we have estimated the time for us to craft your piece and ship it directly to you.
Please not that taxes and fees may apply for all Non-EU orders local customs. These possible extra fees are not included in the total price, nor are they covered by Demant Objects. Instead Danish VAT is deducted upon checkout.

Returns and Exchanges
We offer seamless and complimentary return and exchanges on all items purchased via our website, until 14 days after receipt.
Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery if you have received a damaged or incorrect item.
A quaity control is performed upon a recieved returns, where we inspect the returned item,
to examine if it is returned without damage.
Might a returned item show any trace of wear, or missing or damaged packaging, creating a loss of value to the product - Demant Objects will reject the return
This rejected returned item will be returend to the client, with no reimbursement of the purchase price.
A returned piece much be recieved from the same destination as to which is was shipped.
Unidentified returns will be returned to sender.
